 Class Descriptions 

 

TRX with Terri

TRX Suspension Training is a total body workout that focuses on strength and cardio. We use body weight as resistance and include short bursts of cardio, a class perfect for all fitness levels.

Relaxing Yoga with Ginny

Yoga postures therapeutically sequenced to target alignment, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Perfect practice for beginners or seasoned yogis. 

Tai Chi with Tom & Mecca

Tai Chi with Tom and Mecca. The class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. 

Ballroom Dancing with Danielle

Dance with Danielle at 7:30PM. This program will teach you a variety of social dances, technique & style with a twist, dip & a twirl. Dress comfortable, wear sneakers or shoes with backs & most importantly bring a smile and lots of energy.

Qigong & Chinese Yoga with Tom & Mecca

Qigong & Chinese Yoga with Tom and Mecca. The class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Thursday Evenings - 7 PM - Ginny - 30 Minutes Beginner Level 1 TRX - 30 Minutes Gentle Yoga)

Spend the first 30 minutes in a beginner (Level 1) TRX fundamentals workout and the last 30 minutes in a Gentle Yoga Flow to balance the strength with flexibility and relaxation. If you are new to TRX and want to give it a try, this a great way to introduce yourselves to the basic exercises of TRX.  A 30-minute Gentle Yoga Flow will follow.  No prior Yoga or TRX experience needed.

Functional Fitness with Terri

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. All levels.

TRX - Every Saturday 9 am to 9:45 am - TRX Level 2 and up - with Ginny

If you are ready for a more challenging TRX workout our level 2- and up TRX class is just for you. TRX Suspension Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go. Take your fitness to a whole new level. One class will have you hooked. Prior TRX experience is recommended.

Aqua Jam with Wendy

A fun and exhilarating water workout in a party like atmosphere!
